Elle Shivers is a queer artist based in Manila, Philippines.

Sometimes condescending, always sincere, never unaccountable.

Their works have been published by Silver Sprocket, Lucky Pocket Press, and Kittybug Press, Exploding Galaxies, Shortbox Comics, among others. Elle has had exhibitions in Japan, South Korea, Australia, USA, Ireland, and in the Philippines.

Head organizer of Manila Illustration Fair (2024, 2025), and co-organizer of Manila Comics Fair. Currently a senior art director at a tech company.

Special interests include science fiction, medieval art, food politics,  internet culture, and collecting Transformers.
